Empire Actor, Jussie Smollett was seen leaving the court after he was discharged from prison following his capture for recording a bogus police report.

The Empire performing artist was in a Chicago court on Thursday evening for a bond hearing after which he left the court with security encompassing him as cameramen attempted to get his photograph.

As per reports, Jussie is back on the arrangement of Empire following his discharge from prison.

The performer’s case has gotten a great deal of consideration and significantly more since the Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson uncovered amid the question and answer session on Thursday morning, Jussie organized the assault on himself as an “exposure stunt”.

Eddie Johnson said:

I just wish that the families of gun violence in this city got this much attention, because that’s who really deserves the amount of attention that we’re giving to this particular incident.

He continued:

First, Smollett attempted to gain attention by sending a false letter that relied on racial, homophobic and political language. When that didn’t work, Smollett paid $3,500 to stage this attack and drag Chicago’s reputation through the mud in the process. And why? This stunt was orchestrated by Smollett because he was dissatisfied with his salary, so he concocted a story about being attacked.

He also said:

This announcement today recognizes that Empire actor Jussie Smollett took advantage of the pain and anger of racism to promote his career. Why would anyone, especially an African-American use a noose…to further his public profile?
