Spear Corporal Ajayi Johnson, the officer who murdered a business motorcyclist at Umuokereke Ngwa in Aba region of Abia State, has been rejected from the Nigerian armed force.
The officer was given over to the police in the wake of being attempted as per surviving standards and guidelines of the Nigerian Army, as affirmed in an announcement discharged by the 82 Division Deputy Director of Public Relations Col. Aliyu Yusuf on Wednesday August 21.
Yusuf said Johnson was bluntly charged, attempted, diminished to the position of a private and along these lines expelled from administration.
Review LIB revealed that the expelled officer purportedly shot a business motorcyclist recognized as Chimaobi Nwaogu at point-clear run, executing him on the spot.
He said, “He is, hereby, formally handed over to the Nigerian Police Force, Abia State Command today Wednesday August 21, 2019, for further necessary action.
“The 82 Division will not condone any act of lawlessness and unprofessional conduct from any of its personnel, and wherever that happens, decisive action will surely be taken against erring personnel.”
