The House of Representatives has set out to call the Ministers of Finance, Zainab Ahmed, Heath, Osagie Ehinire and Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello over non-installment of pay rates of Doctors in FCT since January because of Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).
