The presidential applicant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, says he is anticipating an effective change after the presidential race.
Mr Abubakar said this minutes in the wake of making his choice at his surveying unit of Ajiya in Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
