The Lagos State Commissioner of Economic Planning and Budget (MEPB), Olusegun Banjo has introduced the State Operations Cooperating Unit (SOCU), as a major aspect of endeavors to make a Single Social Register that would prompt the contingent and genuine store exchange to poor people and defenseless section of the State.
