Christian Nwosu, an ex-Administrative Secretary of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has been condemned for taking hush-money supposedly offered by previous oil serve Diezani Alison-Madueke, to bargain the 2015 decisions.
The Federal High Court in Lagos today indicted Nwosu after he was discovered blameworthy of profiting from an aggregate of $115.01 million Alison-Madueke gave.
Nwosu served in Kwara State. Equity Mohammed Idris discovered him blameworthy. “I find that the indictment has demonstrated the case past sensible uncertainty in the way required by law. I, in this manner, locate the first and second litigants blameworthy as charged,” the judge said.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) re-summoned Nwosu alongside Tijani Bashir for tolerating delight from Alison-Madueke, who has fled to UK.
