A previous Transition Committee Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State, Ms. Chinwe Ugwu, is dead.

Ugwu passed on scarcely a month after her replacement, Chief Patrick Omeje kicked the bucket of cardiovascular breakdown.

The oldest sibling of Chinwe, Chief Bala Ugwu, affirmed her demise to NAN in Nsukka on Saturday.

Bala said, “My sister, the former TC Chairman of Nsukka Local Government, died on Saturday morning.

“The family of Ugwu at Ozzi Edem in Nsukka LGA has been thrown into serious mourning as a result of this sudden death.”

Review that Chinwe Ugwu was selected the change administrator of Nsukka Council on Dec 16, 2019, by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

She served for a quarter of a year and gave over to late Chief Patrick Omeje, Chairman of Nsukka LG after Feb 29, 2020, Enugu State Council political race in the state.

Be that as it may, shockingly, Omeje kicked the bucket on Jun 16, and under three weeks Ugwu had passed on today Jul 4.

Review that Ugwu’s demise is the fifth of noticeable people in the state in the previous one month.

They incorporate previous Sen. Fidelis Okoro that spoke to Enugu North Senatorial Zone, previous Nsukka LG Chairman, Patrick Omeje, part speaking to Isiuzo state electorate, Chijioke Ugwueze, and veteran telecaster and legal counselor, Chijioke Okibe.
