The preliminary of the troubled previous legislative leader of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, over affirmed N7.2 billion misrepresentation charge favored against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) proceeds with today before Justice Mojisola Olatoregun of Federal High Court, Lagos.

Previous priest of state for resistance, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, his previous partner and gathering man, is affirming against him. Obanikoro was driven in proof by EFCC’s insight, Rotimi Jacobs (SAN), at the last suspended date.
