The Federal High Court in Abuja, will, on Feb. 4, hear a suit documented by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), requesting the announcement of the seat of Rep Yakubu Dogara empty by virtue of his deserting to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Review that the PDP in Bauchi had requested the court to pronounce the seat from the previous Speaker empty after he evacuated to his previous gathering, the All Progressives Congress.
NAN reports that Counsel to the offended parties, Jubrin and attorney to the APC, Mustapha Balogun, at the continued hearing, educated Justice Abang regarding their forthcoming application soon after the adjudicator dismissed the issue.
Administering on the issue, Justice Okon Abang fixed the date in light of the fact that it was not helpful for the court to take the issue.
Abang said however it was not advantageous for the court to hear the case, he would allow their supplication by fixing Feb. 4 as against March 5 for the knowing about the issue.
He requested that conference notice be served on the second (Speaker of House of Representatives) and fourth (INEC) litigants who were not spoken to in court.
