246 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria

The Kwara State Government says 15 additional individuals have tried positive for COVID-19, while four patients have twice tried negative and released.

Mr. Rafiu Ajakaye, the Chief Press Secretary to the state representative and Spokesman of the Technical Committee on COVID-19, said this in an announcement gave on Sunday.

As indicated by him, this carries the aggregate of affirmed cases to 284, with 146 patients released and five passings recorded in the state.

He stated: “As at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, the quantity of dynamic cases was 133, while 146 have so far been released and five passings recorded.”

In the meantime, the quantity of COVID-19 cases in Nigeria is 28,167, as indicated by the NCDC.
