Agents of the Inspector General of Police Special Intelligence Response Team, IRT, have recouped 13 structures, 10 vehicles, two tippers, a trailer truck and three AK-47 rifles from an infamous ruffian, Collins Ezenwa, who is prevalently known as E-Money.
It was assembled that E-Money, a rejected policeman that had been threatening Imo, Abia, Enugu and Rivers states, was executed amid a gunfight with the Police from Imo State Police Command in Owerri a year ago, where he had gone to hijack a specialist.
He was said to have procured a few property with continues from his endeavors in capturing and theft in the South-East and South-South states.
Police sources revealed that E-Money, who composed a few hijacking and burglary posses in Imo State and environs, met his Waterloo after he abducted a South Africa-based agent.
A source at the IRT revealed to Vanguard that in guaranteeing that the presume paid for his wrongdoing, IRT follow his property to Enugu, Abia and Imo states.
A source, who addressed Vanguard on the state of secrecy, stated: “Four of his structures, including an inn, was recouped in Enugu State. Seven were followed to Owerri and Okigwe zones of Imo State, while one was followed to Aba, Abia State.”
The source included that seven vehicles, two SUVs, one Hilux truck, a business transport, two tipper-lorries and a trailer truck were similarly recouped at a few areas inside the South-East.
The source clarified that all the seized property are at present Registered as display in guardianship of the Police and a movement to have them relinquished have been recorded in the Owerri High court.
